Application: Suitable for medium-sized oil seals trimming inner and outer diameter .
Features:
1. It is specially used for oil seals O.D.O50mm~O110mm(Vibration lining feeder is unable to work.), adopts auto delivering system and work by the mechanical arm to clamp and feed seals, then both inner and outer diameter can be trimmed
simultaneously. One operator can operate 3-4 sets of machine at a time to cut down the manufacture cost.
2. Operation system:Manual delivering : auto clamping by mechanical arm -> auto feeding -> gyration -> trimming -> stop -> auto taking off working pieces(mechanical arm).
3.Trimming Range:Outer Diameter Ø50-Ø110mm
