　SY-C105-D Auto Collet Chuck Oil Seals Trimming Machine（Auto Feeder System)

Application: Suitable for the trimming of medium-sized oil seals.
Features:
1. It is specially used for oil seals O.D.Ø50mm~Ø110mm(vibratory conveyor is unable to work.), adopts auto delivering system and work by the mechanical arm to clamp and feed seals, then both inner and outer diameter can be trimmed
simultaneously. One operator can operate 3-4 sets of machine at a time to cut down the manufacture cost.
2. Operation system:Manual delivering -> auto clamping by mechanical arm -> auto feeding -> roation -> trimming -> stop -> auto offload working pieces(by mechanical arm).
3.Trimming Range:Outer Diameter Ø50-Ø110mm
4.Working Capacity: 12-18 PCS/min
5.Accessory by choice (cost required) : Roughcast Separator, Safety Fence and Safety Switch.
