SY-RA109 Auto Rotary Type Valve Steam Seals & Springs Loading Trimming Machine

Application: Suitable for various types of valve steam seals trimming and auto springs loading.
Features:
1. Use rotary platen for 6-station cycle to feed, locate, trim , springs load, inspect the location of springs and auto offloading off working pieces.
2. Use the vibratory conveyor and mechanical arm to trim and auto springs loading.
The working cycle can save the cost of labor , one operator can operate 5 sets of machine at a time.
3.Working Capacity: 18-22 PCS/min
4.Accessory by choice (cost required) : Safety Fence, Safety Switch or Safety Optical Curtain.
